Description
I’d spent the day in Ty Canol Woods trying my hand at some woodland photography, but as the light was fading and the weather changeable, I decided to head over to Garn Fawr to see if I could finish the day with a sunset.
I initially had another composition in mind, one that I had shot previously but wasn’t very successful. Unfortunately the low cloud had reduced the light on the landscape to zero, but in the distance I noticed something amazing happening.
Luckily I had my 70-200mm lens to hand which allowed me to zoom into tight onto St. Davids Head capturing these gorgeous sun rays bathing the headland in beautiful golden light, just before the clouds engulfed us and released their contents.
